1. Accounts and authority

• Provide accurate account information and protect access credentials.
• Use only roles and organizations you are authorized to represent.
• Complete identity, authority, licence, or safety checks when a role or transaction requires them.
• Bonoobo may restrict or suspend access when security, safety, fraud, or compliance concerns arise.

2. Marketplace transactions

• Listings, availability, prices, inclusions, restrictions, and operational claims must be accurate.
• A booking is governed by its recorded price, policy, resource allocation, and accepted terms.
• Multi-provider orders may contain separate confirmation, cancellation, fulfillment, refund, and settlement states.
• Users must not bypass holds, capacity rules, payment protections, or platform communications.

3. Safety and lawful use

• Guests and providers must follow occupancy, access, safeguarding, transport, equipment, and emergency requirements.
• Illegal, unsafe, misleading, discriminatory, or unauthorized activity is prohibited.
• Mandatory accessibility or safety requirements cannot be waived by a preference or lower price.

4. Changes, cancellations, and disputes

Changes, substitutions, cancellations, refunds, deposits, damage claims, and disputes follow the booking-time policies and recorded evidence. Unaffected provider lines should remain independent unless a documented dependency makes the complete order infeasible.

5. Platform operation

Bonoobo may use automated eligibility, matching, contradiction, risk, and operational checks, but material enforcement and privileged decisions remain subject to configured controls and review.
