This notice explains the information Bonoobo needs to operate accounts, bookings, verification, fulfillment, safety, support, and marketplace payments.

1. Information collected

  • Account identity, contact details, role, organization, and acceptance history.
  • Verification, licence, property-authority, vehicle, and provider documents when required.
  • Search, booking, attendee, transport, access, payment, communication, and support records.
  • Operational evidence such as check-in, delivery, condition, incident, and audit records.

2. How information is used

  • Authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
  • Match requirements, calculate availability and prices, and coordinate orders.
  • Process payments, refunds, payouts, disputes, safety events, and support requests.
  • Detect fraud, prevent double booking, maintain evidence, and improve reliability.

3. Controlled sharing

Each party should receive only the information needed for its task. Front-desk teams, drivers, technicians, providers, and administrators must not receive unrelated personal information. Sensitive access and attendee information is limited to authorized assignments.

4. Retention and choices

Retention depends on account, booking, payment, safety, dispute, audit, tax, and legal requirements. Eligible users can request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to required records and legal holds.

5. Security

Bonoobo uses protected sessions, verification, access controls, audit history, and operational safeguards. Users should report suspicious access or unauthorized disclosure promptly.
